That's fair. I've definitely pointed out locations of highly damaged mechs in comms and/or "Legged you one in X grid, dude, all yours." But...at the point where you're comfortable calling out kills for points...you're likely NOT losing lol

And there has definitely been laughing rage in comms, too. "Why!? Why would you do that? I wanted that ONE! You don't need two of those!"

Playing this challenge in a group was hilarious as people vied for kills in good games (in a good natured fashion). Once I had completed the challenge it was nice going in and beating the hell out of things and then calling it out to buddies. Sharing is caring, right?
I was posting in a thread earlier on how when I was doing stuff like that, we won more. Always solo queue and I'm not that great myself but it worked for us. I would see a Dire halfway across the map from his team so I would let people know, and kinda hold him off until people came. Especially in a map like Canyon Network, he's so limited when he gets split from the group. Anyway, at first my attitude was piss poor but it's gotten better once people listen. Not only do they get a kill but calling out targets and where to shoot them, makes them go down much quicker.

when it comes down to it
kill or be killed
Oh for sure... It really depends on the situation but just from what I've seen... it's was either someone who didn't know about the tourney or just someone being a jerk. It was just obvious. Oh well... didn't affect me...
