Did Mwo Get Rid Of Support Tickets?

I can't seem to find a tab for creating tickets. Just the email for support?

Anyway I emailed them. Here's a copy of my email. maybe someone else can help?

Greetings, I've been struggling to play this game on my laptop for the better part of a year now. My laptop has an intel 4000hd, which I know is a poor graphics processor for mwo, but it's all I have. I found a fix in the forum a few months ago that minimizes all profile attributes when loading mechlab. MWO has been working fine for me with the attribute edits up until the latest patch. Is there anything more that I can do to optimize my pc, for this game? I tried the razer booster app, but it didn't help.

Yes, due to the current backlog, they disabled Tickets.

We actually disabled the site-based ticket submission method due to technical issues (not due to the backlog).

Until we can get those problems sorted, please send your tickets directly to support@mwomercs.com
