Can't purchase anything

For some reason I can't post in the website support forum, so I am putting this here.

I can't purchase the founders packs. When I try the Ultimate pay thing pops up, I put in my CC info then the screen just resets when i hit continue.

It does not ask for my billing name or address. How are they accepting Credit Cards without the proper billing names and addresses.

I have never had such a hard time trying to buy something from a game site before. Is ultimate pay some new outfit that does not know how to bill with credit cards or something?

No other mainstream games I have played use this company to bill.

It could be your browser. Try using IE or Chrome without addons that block scripts or stuff. If you're on FF with no-script or something similiar, that would probably be stopping you from doing your transaction.

did you have to fill out your name in info to use ultimate pay? Sometimes people fill out game accounts online and don't use a real or legal billing name that matches their credit card. I would think we would have to fill that out to make a purchase.

Are you being declined using PayPal or just your cc info? Also, what country do you live in?

I was trying this fromjapan, but all my info is from the US. If you don't change the country info (top right of the pay box), it'll default to your current country, and won't let you enter the correct info.

Im in US. I am not being declined. It just does not do anything. It never askes for my bill info only my CC info. They don't ask my address or billing name. I enter the CC info and hit continue then the screen just resets to blank and nothing happens.

I hope this isn't a sign I should not buy it. I also do not like the 3rd party billing company. They do not seem to be on the ball.

Well you got it now, shows up that youre a veteran. Might what to check you card to make sure you arent being doubled charged now.
