What more can you want, they acknowledged the problem, are going to fix it said that they are sorry and offer us something for our troubles, come on what more can you want when something goes wrong, and mistakes will happen and they have stopped ignoring them, I am happy with the way things are going.

I'm glad they're going to fix it. Also glad it's not just me, and that I saw these posts after only one drop where I'm saying "where's my double? I just had a 2500 XP first time win! Rats".
