Hey guys I am rather new at playing TT BT, and this might seem like a really stupid question, but if mechs don't exist yet, would the TT game peice that represents that mech be considered the "full size" version if teh real one doesn't exist?
Anyways thanks for your help,
Ace

Oh sorry man, what I meant was if we're a thousand years away from actually having full scale mechs, but we already have the Tabletop models, would that mean the Tabletop versions are full size because the real thing doesn't exist yet?

Well I am fairly sure that they are not to scale with each other...

The mini's in table top do not scale to each other. They were all made at different times by different people.

And no they are not full size. Unless you can fit in yours...

Edit. here let me confuse you a bit, there is mech scale and map scale. The mechs are played on the map but the map is not the same scale as the mechs. So just count up and roll them dice!

1 hex = 30 meters. 1 elevation level = 10 meters. Average height of a 'Mech? 12 meters. Most are not even to scale with each other. My Cicada mini is almost as big as my Atlas mini which somehow manages to be smaller than my Night Gyr mini. My Demolisher II mini doesn't even fit within a single hex and my Mantis Attack VTOL almost as a large as my Karnov Transport and Batu omni fighter minis. Don't even get me started on infantry scaling.
