first this isnt a "i hate X map" QQ thread.
So with the number of maps currently in the game i think its time that PGI implement some sort of map selection option. It doesnt have to be specific but at least let us narrow the field down some. I like the majority of the maps but there are some maps i swear i never seem to see (frozen city night for example). Then there are maps i get multiple times in a row (caustic).
Just my 2 cents that we are going to have to have some ability to control what maps we play on soon. Especially once the # of available maps gets larger.

I think it's time the eliminate game mode selection and create two ques, one aimed at commutative/"realistic" players and one for the causal players. Much like War Thunder's arcade, simulator, and realistic ques. This would actually simplify MM. Then they can add in more game modes and maps without worrying about how it will affect MM.

If it did happen, which I wouldnt personally want, I think selection should only come in a limited amount.
Say we have a lot more maps, first and foremost
Then we get to choose, BUT, only from a certain archetype.
3 options to choose from, but theyre similar temperatures.
example:
Forest Colony (Snow), Frozen City, Alpine
another match would be something like
example:
Caustic Valley, Tourmaline Desert, Other New Hot Map
Say we have a lot more maps, first and foremost
Then we get to choose, BUT, only from a certain archetype.

Once the Bog settles down into normal rotation, I can deal with it. Right now, we just have to live through the data gathering.

CW and Instant action aka pug/group puggers.
And then private matches which are in map selection already.
I think to OP: map selection should be like map veto/map vote where given two maps which would each person prefer, with lobbies and command wheel and whatnot so that teams can nominate one as a better option.
