Who knows.

All I'm saying is, a drunk driver who gets into a wreck isn't automatically deemed innocent by courts simply because they didn't intend for it to happen. Chris Roberts intent only goes so far, here. Its not something that is guaranteed to bail him out if he fails to deliver on the promises he's made to the star citizen community.
