What's up with the Hellbringer hitbox? Rear CT hits seem to register damage in the Front CT! The middle portion of the arms also seem to have some weird collision behavior.

We will keep everyone updated as soon as possible on when you can expect this to be resolved!

We brought services down for about 15 minutes on December 1st and we resolved this issue!


I tried downloading the patch, but now it's downloading the whole Install Base!

The issue that had caused this in the past doesn't seem to be the cause this time around. Please reveal the spoiler below and go through the recommended steps found therein.

No dice. After trying that fix, it takes me directly back to downloading the base install again.

Guess I'll try to continue the repair tool again, overnight.

This will be the 3rd time I've had to deal with this since the patch before this one.

A little concerned. Only got 2 Hellbringers in the patch, and both of them show invalid on the mech bay? I don't plan on using them, until I see if anyone else had the same thing happen. Hope this is just another patch glitch. Will have report it to support, I guess.

I thought the Hellbringer's CT hit boxes were weird. Good to know I'm not just going crazy!

It doesn't look like I am getting 2.5X C-Bills in this weekends matches. Update was done yesterday and the computer cycled off and on twice. latest match details for the win I received 25,000 C-Bills for the win. I thought it should be more than that.

I also noticed that many shots that should have hit the left or right torso are registering on the CT. It seems to be most prevalent with lasers. Though my shot drifted across the enemy mech the damage all registered on his CT and the left and right showed untouched. This happened several times and eventually got him killed.

Something you changed in mining collective is causing crashes at spawn to me and another member of our clan. Also at the end of mining collective I crashed.

Same happened to me. I have the Prime and B variants, but not the third one. I haven't had the invalid error, but I'm worried about only having 2 of my 3 mechs.

ping over 2000 still, been a year sense this company broke the connection for the players in Asia. (Well South Korea)

My internet is 100mps so eat a **** with all those lame posts on "it's your connection".

... you're in South Korea, PGI is in Canada. You know, across the Pacific Ocean?

How could you possibly expect to have good ping times like that? Sorry dude, but you're on the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD. You're stuck to South Korean servers for MMOs that have them...and as far as I know MWO only has 1 centralized set of servers, in NA. I'm surprised that you ever managed to get a "good ping" at all.

it does not appear they fixed the hellbringers ct issues. I went in to the lobby and tested it carefully. my jenner actually took more hits with mediums in the ct than the hellbringer by about 2x. all static single shots to count damage.
I pesume they will address this.

Hellbringer Hitboxes not fixed.... Just died to a shot in the back... Rear CT armor only yellow. Rear ST's still GREEN. Front CT Critical Red... went to black.. and dead mech. (and no, it wasnt a shot from the 'side'.. I was 180deg's turned 'away' from the mech that killed me.. He shot my back, which still had armor, and killed the Front CT.)

Do you also made any hidden changes to MG with the last hotfix? My impression show that they meanwhile don´t do critical hits anymore!

The newest patch seems to have brought back the application freeze on quit in Windows 7 issue. I have to end task on it every time I want to exit.

I have also Noticed a large Frame Rate Drop since patch
