How long does it take for MC's to show up on account after you buy them ? I bought 30 dollar pack 45 minutes ago (around 2 am pacifik time) and it still doesnt show up.

Worst case scenario, 24 hours.
Typically, you have them when the transaction's concluded. I've not heard of MC being delayed longer than 24 hours. If you're worried, you might want to contact support with an email.

This is my second account on MWO,i was buying MC's before on that one and i remember that i saw some statement how MC's are being delivered after some check up or something but and it was delivered pretty fast,i think after second time it was right away,i just thought that maybe this time it was longer considering all the changes that happened recently with PGi

Are you sure you bought MC for this account, then, and not your other one?

Mine showed up within 30 seconds. I paid with a CC, not another online method however.

It usually takes about 1 minute for me with PayPal and CC.

Not entirely correct, though for most methods it holds true.

But there are 1 or 2 bank draft options (at least for german players) where the payment provider will (or at least used to) wait for the funds to be actually drafted from your account and credited to theirs before actually processing the order, which can therefore take up to a week for confirmation and processing.

For those that would like to avoid it, it`s the draft (Bankeinzug /Elektronisches Lastschriftverfahren) option that costs a few cents less (depending on purchase size). With the other, it`s credited within seconds

Yeah,i was thinking some delay like that although i am not from West but East Europe,there are no options like that,at least i think so.
I will wait for little longer before i send mail to support just to see will it come but now i am worried that i dont have a proof of buying MC's except that that my credit card is empty now (i only use that credit card for online purchases,i only put money on that account before i want to pay for something).

I had problems yesterday too.
Usually it's instant for me, but my purchase for yesterday's Black Friday took almost 20 minutes to process using Paypal.

More or less immediately, for me. You should contact support.
