The current system only worked for a small amount of time in PUG or Solo que. Lancemates are still running off like nothing before.

Its not clear within which are you get bonuses.

Also more bonuses pior lance teamwork could be added..

A picture says it all really. Made two versions. One is less present. The other one is very present. Just to show you the difference.

Small area of effect. But it should not be too present in the area (Atleast not in a disctracting way.) Hence why the second is too present.
