I would like to suggest a new type of module. I call it the "Ammunition Module" or Ammo Module for short. It would increase the amount of ammunition per ton carried by the mech by 25% (rounded down).
Examples of ammo loads with the module installed:
Gauss Rifle = 12 shots/ton
AC/2 = 93 shots/ton
AC/5 = 37 shots/ton
AC/10 = 18 shots/ton
AC/20 = 8 shots/ton
Short Range Missile = 125 missiles/ton
Long Range Missile = 225 missiles/ton

The ammunition is already buffed due to the increase in armor points, I do not think we need more ammo.

I like the idea, but more the idea of more types of unique modules though. I think this would make a really good weapon module instead of a mech module. Either way I think it's a good idea. It's not exceptionally overpowered and something more to progress toward to better your mechs.
Overall I think the game needs much more to strive for in the form of upgrades and smallish bonuses like this. It sucks when I get my whole mech perfect and moduled up and awesome but I literally cant improve it without changing it drastically. (Not saying that changing is bad because I do that a lot too) I just want to still be able to progrss in those mechs that are my favorite.
