I would really like to have the Strip Modules option in the Mechlab to strip ONLY the modules and NOT my consumables.

Would be nice.. So would the option to strip modules from ALL mechs with one click.. Same for cockpit items.

I´d love to have a separate "Modules" tab, that not only shows me which modules I own, but also where (in which mech) they are mounted and to strip them from the mechs with one button alá "strip mech" function .

That would be something pretty handy :)

not sure about a strip all function but I can tell you for sure... there is a function coming soon to be able to locate all modules on your mechs. As in a tab system.
