Is resistance pack purchases working?

I've just purchased the Fire Pack but still not getting my recipe :S

Plus i thing i purchased twice T_T dammit !!!

Check your bank account, visa, or paypal to see how many times, if at all, you've been billed.
If there's more than one transaction for the same amount to the same place, contact support and they'll issue you a refund.

If you do see a transaction, just wait until tomorrow and check your account again. Look on the website when you're logged in to see if it shows you that you own it or not and check your e-mail for a receipt.

In the grand scheme of things, not many people here can help you directly with any transactions you made, and it's best to contact support directly if you are having troubles with purchasing a pack.

Double check your payment methods, and make sure you weren't double billed though.

Nope , it hasn't been billed fortunatly and weird at the same time.

Just try again, and go through each step slowly. Give each step some time to finish. And at the end, make sure you get a window saying that the purchase was successful. Apart from that, can't help you much more. Someone else might be able to though.
