New Hero Mech in remembrance of Dawg Pack

Blackjack BJ-1 variant. Title Name "The Scorpion"

In remembrance of Dawn Pack, I vote that this Hero Mech is offered for Free to all current players in memory of this fallen Hero of Mechwarrior.
