Now that players can gift items to other players, it would be great if we could setup contracts.
These are individual bounty contracts, not planetary conquest contracts.
For a small MC, a player can select another player and place a bounty on their heads.
They then choose, MC, C-Bills which are subtracted from their account at time of creation and later rewarded to the player which first kills the targeted player.
Options: may have to "opt-in" for the contract, otherwise the next time the player dies the contract is up.
Options: you could also place a time limit on the contract, 12, 24, 72 hours ,etc.
- After which the bounty is returned to the player but not the MC cost of the contract itself.

Maybe not with MC but an actual "Bounty" in CBills for each player could very well be enjoyable with players free to "pledge" on other players how much they want
The simple prerequisite of killing once seems a bit "easy" but it's not like you have to put millions on a single person
Also add in a little icon ingame to show "current Bounty" and "Lifetime Bounty" to track how hated you are

Too easy to exploit. Not going to happen.
