How about a module to counter a narc hit. Perhaps an electomagnetic pulse that fries the narc beacon.

Emp pulse? nah make it fry everything, narc beacons, nearby ecm, missiles in the air... peoples beagles... heck send everyone into low signal for 30 seconds....
