Hey Guys,

Quick question. I apologize for my ignorance but having trouble finding this information.

Purchased the Wrath pack (60 days of premium reward). I also purchased it in Month 1 (30 days premium reward).

So when does the premium time hit my account? All at once?

Any help is appreciated?

I think it gets banked when they inject it, then you can activate it in chunks of one month.

The pack level rewards are released upon the completion of the release of all the mechs.

Expect to collect 63 days of Premium TIme on the second patch of March when you get the Zeus. 60 are from the specific pack level, 3 days from the monthly rewards.

I hope that clears it up.

Well unless they changed something this is not how they have been doing it. I got all my rewards from previous packs by the end of the month they were said to be given. I even got my Premium Time from Wave 2 stuff already and not all the mechs have been implemented.

The short and skinny....you will get it when you get it. I have a ticket into support right now wondering if i even qualified for them since i almost forgot and bought the pack at 11:40 EST time the day the promotions ended lol! So not sure what the deal is with this...it also does not show up on my Preorder section of my profile.

I'm speaking more about the Premium Time. I've gotten the monthly rewards just fine.. it's the pack-level specific rewards that I have not gotten yet. I will certainly pass an e-mail to Support though if I don't get it.

Note that I didn't initially get the Gargoyle Pack. I started from the Mist Lynx pack and then upgraded to the Gargoyle. So, I haven't gotten the premium time that is designated by the pack level yet...

It could possibly be different if I ordered straight up... so I don't know what to say.

The pack injection happened at like 7PM/8PM EST or so (when double XP is reset, and where pack injections are done on a regular basis), so you might have been past the cutoff date/time.

If it didn't show up in the preorder section, the transaction may have not gone through. My purchases are "correctly" documented so far in the preorder section (even when I had the Mist Lynx pack previously and now the upgrade to Gargoyle).

I hope it doesn't activate automatically, because I bought the Resistance pack even though I wont have a working game rig to play on until this Spring.

PT from packs is banked, and sits waiting to be activated manually.

That is the only kind of premium time that does though.

I've already received my 30 days premium from the pre-order, so I'm assuming each pre-order reward will be injected as the appropriate reward period ends
