This maybe a Stupid Question but were is Clan Steel Viper and why have you not added them?

They come later as part of the second Clan wave in the lore. Be patient they'll make an appearance soon enough.

PGI put them on the shelf with Clan Novacat.

Give it time. Clan Steel Viper will make an appearance, as will the others.

If I am not mistaken, only certain Clans are going to find their way into this game, but the ones that took part in the invasion are going to be in the game (leaving Coyote-loyalists like myself stuck with this red star icon, which is really not that bad when you think about it).

I could be wrong, but I think that about sums it up.
