Here, just give us one html panel and the players select what can be viewed there. The community has some great web tools that could be slotted in here. What they want, when they want.

Sound like a decent idea, but there are some things that might speak against it.
It has to mader absolutly sure, that no code from the webbrowser can interfere with the game. If there is even a slight chance of code-injection through this, I'd have strongly advice against it, for the security of the game, as well as for the one of the clients running it.
I am also not sure if the cryengine version MWO is running on, which is already heavily modified, would support such an addition or how it would impact performance if it does.

Most browsers today are sandboxed for safety, I have not dug into it, but I would hope this is true for it too.
Otherwise I still looking fir a stable browser overlay, yes I'm looking at you overwolf.
