Wow, unplayable at the moment, it is so bad that a double 70 point alpha-strike on a firestarter @ 50 meters, standing dead still, only make the armor show red, barely able to touch other mechs. Forget hitting anything that is moving, they are untouchable... So when is the quick fix coming?

Please post your machine specs, your Internet speed (speedtest.net), and a video showing what you describe. You can use a free program like MSI Afterburner to record your games.

Your post isn't particularly helpful as you have not provided any evidence to verify your claims

I don't think you are going to see a quick fix coming for this. It has been an issue that mostly centers around the server's inability to handle complex databasing algorithms when they release new content and a large number of people are making changes to their stash of mechs and testing them on the battlefield. Overall I think you will see better Hit Detection but I personally try to avoid playing during the mad rush after a patch with new content.
Wish I'd known ahead that a patch was coming as I put some premium time on for the weekend.
And since we aren't paid to ".. provided any evidence to verify your claims" then folks should be happy for the feedback.

I haven't noticed any such behavior on this patch or any other. My alphas destroy stuff (even Firestarters) just fine.

Do you say there is nothing wrong then?

I'm sure there are bugs aplenty in the game. I just haven't noticed my weapon fire doing any less damage than normal. And I've fired at every single 'Mech type in the game.

And I haven't noticed any of the laundry list of things you had in your other thread. Then again, I wasn't playing in the first hour after the patch either. But when I did get on, none of those problems were present.

Played some on Saturday, stoped and haven't logged since. The only way to finish a round with desent damage on a 2xerppc,3xmplas thunderbolt is to fire one erppc then lasers then the other erppc. Two erppc together or in rapid succesion doesn't register the proper damage. Then again firing them one at a time isn't a guarantee eighter. No idea if PPCs are on their **** list, or what. There's a thank you PGI thread on general discussion. I want to add my thanks for a valuable lesson: NO MORE KICKSTARTERS EVER.

*EDIT*
I had a thread disapear in seconds, yet Baba Ji rulz... amagaaaad

Could you plz let the world-famous astrologist/whatevergist Baba Ji post again? Want to ask him if you 're capable of making hit-reg work someday.

I've never understood this;

If Lights are so OP and have been for so long - Why are very few people playing them? (5% to 15%)

SRM hit detection is wonky right now.
