At present time anybody can say they got three kills in a match, or even four, or higher. But what if we had something to show for our efforts--a hanging cockpit item indicating our triumph.

First of all, most of use enjoy having a cockpit item or two hanging around in our Mechs. It adds a personnel touch, adding just a hint of glee to these otherwise matching Mech cockpits. But we have nothing to show for our accomplishments.

This proposal is intended to change that.

How many kills did you get...why not show it off.

Each player would only be able to earn one Hanging "Kill" medallion for each type of kill (preventing multiples), however you would still have something to use for your Mech that others could see when they enter into spectator mode after they got themselves pasted out on the battlefield, or as I like to call it, out-of-mech-experience.

One Kill: Copper Cross-hair--Signifying that a player has made at least one kill in a match is a simple hanging cross-hair.

Two Kills: Single-Ring Bull's Eye--Signifying that a player has made at least two kills in one match is the Single-Ring Bull's Eye, consisting of a Red center point, a central White ring, and an outer Red ring.

Three Kills: Double-Ring Bull's Eye--Signifying that a player has made at least three kills in one match is the Double-Ring Bull's Eye, consisting of a Red center point, a White ring, a central Red ring, another White ring, and a final outer Red ring.

Four Kills: Crossed Sabers--an emblem signifying that a player has made four kills in one match are two sabers crossed at their center points, sheathed in their scabbards.

Five Kills: Crossed Cannons--a pair of old fashioned navel or "civil war" cannons crossed at their center points.

#Note--I have only put into place the first five icons for these deeds worth mentioning. That leaves seven yet to be filled, so please offer up a suggestion and lets see what we can come up with.

I'd start at five and work up. It's not uncommon for folks to get four kills as it is.

Something really cool should be available for numbers 8-12 though! :)
