Since yesterday everytime when i try to log in i get an message:

"AN ERROR OCCURED
Servers are currently going maintenance. Please try again later.
Check the website for more information"

But in website i see servers are online. I added exceptions for MWO in my firewall and antivirus, i still can't log in. I even used repair tool without effects.

Can someone help me?

Reset you DNS, or reboot your modem, probable still linked to the 'at maintenance IP'.
(they would have been 'ending the week-end challenge' event.)

isp? located in what part of the world? are you really in quebec? supply more info helps answer your questions

Is it still a problem after the last patch?
- Connection issues were addressed in that patch, your older install was still trying to connect to an unused ip address.

yes I'm in quebec hell people are always commenting on my ping in game (usually 10-12)
my ISP is videotron only other here is bell canada and even with the new fibe they offer they kinda suck
gonna try full reinstall later (havent yet) I'll report back if that works

Got the message that the servers are unavailable and patching starting last night over 12 hours ago. Did workarounds this morning of resetting router, flushing dns at cmd line, and adding/changing dns to 8.8.8.8 like some other threads have said. No luck.

well full re-install did the trick I'm finally back !!
now to redo all my settings...

tried all the workarounds i could find (DNS change/flush, reboots of pc/modem/router) ..... i gave up and did a full reinstall .....and nothing ...still getting the error..

One year ago i had the same problem and issue was the time and date in windows was back 2 years, when corrected no problem.
