This version of the mist lynx is the MLX-D, but with the arms reversed as the stock MLX-D has the U/AC2 on the left arm

1x U/AC2 with one full ton of ammo, on right arm
1x ER Medium Laser, 1x ER Small Laser on left arm

I used a MLX-B as my base mech as the left arm has 2 energy slots, and the MLX-Prime right arm to use it's ballistic slot(s)

You can probably use any MLX you want, just make sure you use the Prime Right arm and the B left arm

The sad thing is that your armor needs to be 132 total, but don't worry with the ER ML and the U/AC2 you should be staying with the group or "sniping".

Staying behind allies or near the back of a group is the best option to take with this mech, scouting is not recommended just because it is a MLX, and they don't scout and survive too often...

Dakka lynx is alot of fun.... Can get some nice cockpit shake going when you dont get jams. One round I got (stole) 3 kills with this setup.

1 ton of ammo with UAC2 is like going to vegas but not getting out of the airport. PAINFUL and mean.

Less then 2 tons and that much tonnage is just a waste.

the stock build has it with one ton and actually i hardly run out by the end of a match...
it jams just enough that i can eek out the ammo till the end..

though if you want to, you can take out the medium laser and put in 1 ton more, but you still have to play safer so they don't take out that arm

though i guess you could strip.... EVEN MORE armor off and put 1 ton more in...

Seriously??? You must have some serious fire control. Do you only fire it when you can see the whites of their eye or something?

With its range and rapid fire hard to not use that gun. But at same time only 150 damage max for 6 tons bit of a hard sell on such a light mech especially one thats only 25 tons to begin with.

But hey it works for you then cool, have to keep in mind. I have been finding LPL, ERLL, or ERPPC a better investment especially on a mech with jump jets, they can get into some real evil places LOL.

I run the same build and I rarely run out of ammo, and when I do it has to be a good game where I score 300 to 350 damage.
Or if I was snipping beyond er med las effective range it is 230 to 300
