Last weekend we enjoyed 2.5x experience and a surprise Hellbringer. That was pretty darn exciting.

I am happy for this weekend to be free of any events. From the player's perspective let's call it the calm before the storm (CW).

Yes it was... and imo a double xp weekend is always an "event".

We had an event last weekend...

And if we get to be free of one this weekend, that would be awesome. I appreciate that we have them, but less of them would make them even more appreciated, too much of a good thing makes it less of a good thing.

Kudos to PGI if they are in fact giving us a weekend off, very much appreciated.

Considering they're trying to release it on the 16th, yes, I think it's safe to assume they're in CW crunch mode. Wouldn't expect much of an event next weekend, either.

I mean, I like events. I just hope it's not another "to the Victors" where I hav e to literally spend my entire free time all weekend to get the reward. That was a bit ridiculous.

But as for nothing? Also fine. Means they can crunch time on the CW stuff and I think we all know the weekend after that drops there'll be some hefty event done to use that...

Remember a few months ago when weekend events were like twice a year? Now we're complaining that there's one weekend without something? Man, we get spoiled quickly.

We had more events in the last few months than we had in the year before. I think its a good idea to have nothing until CW it will make it feel like a "bigger" big deal.

Also after what seems like 3 months of having at least some sort or event or special each weekend, can you blame us?

I would not mind if it was just a double C-Bill event to help get our mechs ready for CW. Unless there is something going this weekend, I will mostly keep playing dragon age.
