Very happy to redeem the faction contents.

Then I use the colors within to customize my mechs.

and...well,. ALL MY remaining MC cleared out via the profile description:

"Purchase Mech Customization"

WHAT THE ****!!!

same here, lost 5k mc before i realised

used the colors in my owned section and have been charged for them. didn't say it would cost anything ingame.

PGI get this sorted please.

yeah, just put a clan colour on one of my mechs and it decided to charge 1000mc without notification. fun.

Is this not how it always works? You only get to use the special camo colours on the mechs you bought the camo for, otherwise you have to pay again to add them to your paint stash. I'm not actually sure about this mind you, because I have never bought a permanent camo that came with colours.

But on a similar note, the Clan colours are not showing up for purchase for me at all. I do not have a Clan pack, but I was under the impression that they were not exclusive.

No, they are all unlocks, my Pirate's bane has ghost bear colors on it now.

Email support if you spent MC on camos or patterns you accidentally bought.

Yeah sent a ticket lost 2000 mc myself trying to put colors on the Daishi.

Edit: actually it was on my King Crab the camos appear as owned on all mechs but are only 'free' on the wave 2 mechs.

Ticket submitted. The colors showed correctly as 'owned' (I had selected the drop down menu), but when I tried to save the new color scheme I received an error message. I later realised that 1000 MC had been deducted in error for the already owned colors. I suggest folks hold off updating any color schemes until this has been resolved.

Me and my Brother Jake Corban suffered the same this has to be resolved ASAP. Its probably just an oversight but still very disheartening.

Dev just posted they will be offering MC refunds and pattern removal if you were charged and didn't realize you were paying, by next maintenance.
