Every single night just about, player with clearly trolling names using Nova Trial mechs kill allies at spawn. Then make fun of team all game and laugh when people say they will report them.

Also - just make trial mechs UNABLE to do damage to allies.

At least make people that want to be toxic trolls spend money on an account so there is something to actually ban.

Happened to my once at the hands of [redacted by Bront] in a Nova-Prime (no i don't make up that name, it's real). Not sure if removing the Prime Nova from the Trials list is the solution though... Trials unable to do team-damage might be misleading for new players. Luckily it doesn't happen very often.

There needs to be an in-game reporting system that autobans players for a certain amount of time, and makes an investigation ticket for the PGI staff along with team-damage\kill and chat infos about the reported player. It's still fairly easy to create new accounts though :\

Email support with a screenshot and remove the name from your post ASAP. It's against the name and shame policy (even though that name is clearly a troll)

The trial mech isn't the issue, it's the player in this case. Just screen shot an report.

Name removed, although as you say i don't think i will shame a proper player by mentioning his name, but on the other hand he might even like it if i name him on here so...

Ofc i did the reporting back then since it was unmistakably on purpose.

Names in this case are not the issue.
Every time it has happened - the name is obviously a "I am a total jerk" kind of name. And whether I have been encountering the same player multiple times, or just different players with the same attitude - they laugh and taunt anyone that says they will get banned.

Who cares if they get banned? A made up account with a made up email and a made up name that spends no time or money - but gets to use Clan Trial mechs that can alpha allies in the back and destroy the team and the game(They often take out 2 people before people realize and turn on them, but then you are down 3 mechs vs 12, and 1 or more wounded on top) are not fun at all.

Even if Novas get removed from Trial, next it will be Stormcrows or Direwolves.

So yeah Trial mechs should not be able to do damage to allies...
