This 60% weight class que is annoying. Releasing one weight class at a time is causing a consistently unbalanced MM. Heck I doubt MM is even working. Last match I was in had 5 heavies 4 assaults and 3 mediums. The enemy had 6 heavies 4 assaults and 2 mediums. With the Gargoyle and KC release its gonna be awful. I think I will just skip "town" for a while till the assault craze is over.

The queue percentages are lopsided right now, but for me, in my experience, from personal anecdotal proof, the MM does actually create nearly 3/3/3/3 matches. I don't try to drop in a mech from the overloaded weight class however. Your ELO and mileage may vary.

They should enforce 3/6/2/1 and wait times be damned.....

Have to spread out the Impulse buys ...If 2 or more or more drop at same time someone might just Choose to buy just one chassis..

OP didn't read? Mad Dog, a 60-ton heavy is being released for MC at the same time.

[Redacted]
Most of the people who wanted the Mad Dog got it on the early release. 2 Assaults and one Heavy on the same day.. I stiil expext to see the majority of mechs in que to be assault.

Love the pic. If only that thing actually jumps...
On topic, the fact that PGI releases mechs in 3 waves(early release, MC, C-bill release) actually kind of lessen the impact on matchmaking...
Seriously, what else would they do it? They probably couldn't make them fast enough for 2 weight class releases at a time. Or do you expect them to release 0.5 weight class at a time?

This is the reason. Although, with two factions out now I think they could do one for each (like they are doing with the King Crab and Mad Dog today) but I think even then one at a time is more profitable.
