i7 820 and a radeon HD 5850. Good enough for this game? 4 Gigs ram.

It will work fine even if you have a mobile i7 (since you said i7 820 i believe you are talking about the i7 820qm) and the mobile version of the hd5850. They are still powerful components and you'll be able to run the game with good quality /framerate.
