Would it be too confusing to players if in CW they made it so IS players see IS mech names for Clan mechs (Madcat, BlackHawk, Daishi etc.) while the clan players can keep their current clan names?

I would love this feature, but I worry that some people might have their brains explode if they did that....

As far was I'm concerned the computer in my IS mech should never use clan names, no matter if CW or not.

I use the IS name in TS.
How did IS classify the different variants? They weren't privy to the Clan classifications....

I never thought about it lol. The sourcebook show the use of IS names with the right config letter.. Weird. Maybe some kind of spheroid intel..
