From their PDF
VTR-9K
 Additional Structure (LL&RL) +10
 Gauss Rifle Cooldown +5%
 Ballistic Weapon Cooldown +5%
 Laser Duration -7.5%
VTR-9S
 Additional Structure (LL&RL) +10
 Ballistic Velocity +7.5%
 Missile Weapon Cooldown +7.5%
VTR-DS
 Additional Structure (LL&RL) +10
 Gauss Rifle Cooldown +5%
 Ballistic Weapon Cooldown +5%
 PPC Velocity +7.5%
Ok, cool cool, slight buffs, i like the leg structure, make jumping a little cooler.

wait...wtf?
VTR-9B
 Additional Structure (LL&RL) +10
 Ballistic Velocity +7.5%
Laser Duration -7.5%
Shows in game as +7.5% Laser Duration with red text and everything

Not that i will get to play them any time soon with assault queue up in the 60s right now, But obviously somebody goofed.

Also small gargoyle complaint: the Gargoyle-Prime(I) is entirely too baby-faced to take seriously,..Normal Gargoyles look awesome, ugly in a good way. Prime looks...cute....in a not-so-good way, i know its supposed to look like the original artwork, but it looks like a fat kid that got stung by a bee.

OH and the guns in the arms are cross-eyed on all of them. very noticeably cross-eyed. especially noticeable on the prime's ballistics. Making the Prime look even derpier(is that a word?...nope? well it is now.)

It's a bug, the laser duration was negative in the patch notes.

I was happy to see the JR7-F get a quirk as well as the Victor quirks. Still none for the CTF-3D and Ember though.

FS9-Ember
 Laser Duration -7.5%
 Ballistic Weapon Range +7.5%

Which leaves the CTF-3D as the best inner sphere mech ever, because it gets no quirks.....

I apparently totally missed that. Still, the FS9-S changes had me drooling. One you go wub, you never want to go back.

I hope it's a bug since it makes no sense.

Even if you want to nerf mechs with Quirks, why in heavens name would the 9B need a nerf?

Compared to the 9S, it now has the same structure buffs, the same ballistic buff, no missile buff, and a laser nerf... and is otherwise the same mech, making it directly inferior, unless you're actually able to use those 3 ballistic slots in the right arm.

Assuming this is a bug, I hope it gets fixed and doesn't languish around for months.

i am inclined to agree with you, BUG, given the conflicting numbers between in game the the PDF. im also inclined to believe the PDF, not what actually made it into game.

also...Gargoyle looks much less butt-ugly in non-neon colors. Still looks like it got stung by a bee, just doesn't look like its bothering him now. ("nah, im good, lets shoot some stuff, the Benadryl is kicking in")
