So if its true and CW is being released on Dec 16th, then will it be on a Public Test Server or not? If so, I'm kind of bummed, but where can I download that if it is the case?

Ok, that's great news.. I know in the past they tried a few things on a separate test server. I haven't played in a while and was curious.

Russ threw out a request for testers a few days ago and I think that's the only pre-release testing that is planned. That request for volunteers is now ended, so it looks like the 16th for the rest of us.

CW is now in-game, today hotfix introduced it, so definitely no public test
