i guess it is a "fire pause" so you can coordinate stuff and all after a few waves of battles... *shrug* my guess...
when that timer is active, there are no fights (attacks or defends) for your faction running

Bringing the faction warfare content down temporarily for the hotfix.

remember there will be peak times to the fighting on planetary. but i guess there is a count down that means when it will end...or is it when it will start....haven't figured it out yet but we got untill 12am est to figure it out

Maybe the hot fix doesn't need a client patch? Just no CW games running on the server?
