[Machinae Mortis]

Title pretty much says it all. It seems that in the long run you're better off playing a mercenary and jumping from house to house to dry up the benchmark goals. If you do ally permanently, it's best to do so once knocking out loyalty rewards for the other houses. Loyalty shouldn't feel like you're shooting yourself in the foot, nor should it be the final stop in a mercenary faction grind.

As a note: it would also be cool if this was eventually an earned honor rather than an offer extended automatically.
