I see that PGI owns Terra, what happens when Terra becomes attackable? Will PGI form a 12 man to defend?

Davion owns the surrounding space, we wouldn't let the clans touch Terra.

Terra is one of those planets that's not attainable based on what PGI has said.

This. There are several major milestones along the way to Terra. Turtle Bay, Twycross, Wolcott, Tukayyid, etc.

The prize of Terra is likely going to be a tournament event.

If ComStar suddenly pops in as a selectable faction, you'll know the time is at hand.
