Bought a Gauss cooldown mod, 500 GXP.
GXP was deducted, didn't unlock the mod.
Now my GXP is gone and I have no mod.

did you try logging out and back in?

do you realise you still have to purchase it with cbills after unlocking?

if nether of these are the issue then email support@mwomercs.com and explain the problem.
