My opinion on recommended changes for CW so far
1. Attack should be attack, defend should be defend. Keep it simple and then teams won't get completely rolled by 12 mans. signing up for a defend match and then getting dropped as a "counter attack" really gives singles and pugs 0 chance to win.
2. Defender drop ships... Take away the lasers. Seriously, attacking is at such a disadvantage already.
3. Gates should be farther apart. Defenders should have to choose where to defend, rather than being able to easily cover the entire assault area.
4. queue load screen... show when people join so you know when a group is filling up.

The defender dropships should land somewhere away from the base.
Currently the only way to effectively win is to kill every one of the defenders, if not the dropships will keep landing and kill any attackers (which are usually already badly damaged anyway) around the base. Either that or the fresh defender mechs will.
