Match after match I have asked players if they know about the implementation of CW. So far i have had a few people say yes. More often than not i get "They started CW?' or something to that effect. Even worse I get "Whats CW?".

I don't' ***** often and usually i'm gaming but i feel there's a lack of foresight with CW's presentation. If CW is to be a cornerstone of this game, make it apparent in the UI !!!!!!!! As of now it is hidden under factions tab, where newer/casual players and every one else that doesn't stalk the forums are oblivious to its existence. If you want players to play CW don't make it so frigging ambiguous. ffs

The whole website is basically just one big CW ad. I think that's enough, or do you want a popup in every ingame menu that says "PLAY CW BETA NOW" ^^

And the people that don't even know what CW is are probably not the people you want to play with/Against there anyways.

I'm not talking about the website. I'm talking about in game UI. I know plenty of players that have nothing to do with the website. bBsides the website doesn't advertise **** past the forums and one little blurb on home page that bounces to the next blurb of what ever else is going on.

Secondly I want to play against some one, anyone..... thats not happening with 30 min wait times. Who cares if they are new to the game, don't car about the meta, or don't read the forums. Beta or not it's implemented live and meant to be a main feature of this game. IF PGI was worried about testing "Beta" out then it should have been on the test server.

A few ideas



1. Make a video that is mandatory to watch explaining the CW, it's development and how to use it in the UI.

2 Make a list of players on each planet so you know where people are actually fighting. Maybe cut down wait times this way by joing the fight on a nearly filled planet.

(If by that you mean it is the standard gamemode and you'd have to change it to play deathmatch again. Most of the people in this game actually just want deathmatches and you are going to piss them off a lot. Look at general discussion, the amount of princesses crying there because they fear that CW takes Deathmatch away from them :-S )


But yeah a tutorial would be good for those that can't figure out how to shoot those huge ass generators behind the gates

I know about cw and played it too hehe. Looks fun but the fps drop is too steep atm. I wait till that is fixed. It litereally stuttes on my rig.

The Website reaches how far into the Playerbase - is it 3% to 5% at least?

10.000 poeple have seen the CW Trailer so far...that is 1.6% of the registered Players of the Website.

Think Word has still to be spread!
