I get this specific popup at least 2x as often as the others and yet I have never gotten a single match there. I don't know if this is bugged or not but there is something screwy going on.

i think if the player queue shows people this wouldn't happen.

I bet someone picks that planet, then the game says "Oh someone wants to fight here, better tell people" but that person that joined drops out because they think no one is there and it becomes a vicious cycle.
