Quirks were removed for heat reduction of LRM-15(10%missile/10%LRM-15 total 20%). With the cooldown reduction, it overheats very very fast now. Suggest 1/2 of a roll back to 10% LRM-15. I use this mech a lot in the Founders version. It gimps it as far as I am concerned. Thank you.

Maybe shoot less ... or wait for heat go down or ask dev to remove missile cooldown reduction only for you

Why did you notice you use the founder version? Classic and founder version have same quirks ... Oh wait you have the founder version so devs may to listen to ya ? :) MWO isnt a P2W game.
