Match Finish time 3:39 PM - Not sure if this will help locate it

Just had an awesome match where we took the base. Very 550,000+ cbills and good loyalty rewards. However on exiting the match I got the message that we LOST the match, and I didn't get any of the goodies!! First time its happened.
