Yesterday (and today still) had a huge storm. Now what faction should I pick and join with? I have a few buddies and a few guys from the Iron Serpent/FRR willing to buddy up with me, but is there a lore/balance idea with the factions? Maybe bonuses from some mechs? What else?

Plus, did they say anything of losing LP statuses (like dropping levels, will that remove rewards or are rewards permanent from earning? Do you loot what you gain?

Anything else? Fill me up on how CW is looking like, since yesterday I was worried of a flood storm (yet not a single drop of rain, only up there in North CA). And then I played MCG. With CW out.

For now all the rewards are the same. Russ has said that he wants to later on tie cheaper mech prices to LP for each faction. For now just chose wathever you find colest, but remeber that IS can only use IS mechs and Clans can only uses Clan mechs.

I will have to say in my parting note that the Dragon is always welcoming to loyal warriors how want to figth honorably.

I did forget to say that the only Clan mechs I have are the trials (though I am familiar with all of the trials). Therefore most likely I'm sticking with an IS group, but I'm not sure which.
