(yellow arrows) Islands and peninsula planets(with 3 surrounding planets) should be prioritized for the attacking faction.

It makes sense that if your faction has a planet surrounded on all sides, or even 3 sides you would want to attack that planet.

Otherwise we have these odd jutting shapes forming (red circles)

I was just thinking the same thing as I viewed the updated map. It just strikes me as odd, but I suppose we'll see how it plays out over time.

if there was some actual strategic reason for this then do it but as it is, there isn't. Not like there are supply lines or anything or surrounding said planet makes it easier or something to take.

Maybe players could opt in to fight Clans intead of Rasalhague? I mean. Unless they're scared of fighting the Clans.

i mean hell they could have the attack algorithm drawing circles on the map for all we know
