Hello!
Just wanted to know if there are any skins/camos for the major IS houses + FRR and clans planned at this point?
Or are they allready part of the game as options or fixed.

In one of the devblogs they commented on how players would be able to earn reputation, and through that unlock skins to use. Reputation can be lost (unfavorable acts, or inactivitiy) which can revoke the priveledge. I'm not sure if only some are tied to your reputation or whether its a mixture of some you get permanently. Maybe even just being in a house unit unlocks some automatically.

Nice, thanks for the answer. 
Some of the FRR units have nice paintjobs i cant dublicate on my tabletop miniatures, so it would be great if they are availeable via MWO.
Using reputation to "paint" your MEch sounds cool.
