No it is not a troll.
There is always one or more player with 0 ping.
Sometimes, this 0 ping last 50 seconds (sometimes even more).
The server should watch who is having trouble to connect and put these people together...
They are slowing the players with good machines / connections...
If they are put together, they won't notice the difference...
The other players, who are used to wait 50s, will be happy again ^ ^.
