Cuz I was just looking at the map and its saying Ghost bear and Falcon planets need defenders, no attacks, or anything, but why would I defend a GB planet? Are the clans all allied now?

The ghost bear took Outpost from us, but we have to unite for now to fight the IS

Any Clan can join defense for another clan unless they are the attacking force; and any IS can join in defense for IS unless they are the attacking force.

I am happily running defence contracts on Wolf worlds, and so are many of my trothkin. That doesn't mean that we didn't have to wrestle Outpost from your hands, but on purely practical level it is better to help where the action is happening so that coordinated Wolf 12-mans can focus on frying the bigger fish. Plus, interclan friendship enhancement and stuff...

On a more practical note, waiting que is sometimes shorter on CW or SJ worlds.

its weird and strange, we can defend any clan world, yet we still can attack other clans worlds, it makes no sense.

Lets just kill the Freebirths already and then everyone wins. IS gets some better tech. Clans get to melt down the old mechs and make better ones out of the recycled metal.

I was thinking more of using that metal to fix my timberwolf's leg, got a nasty dent when a freebirth tried to use his pathetic AC 2 on it.

My armor is immune to anything that causes damage less then an AC5, and even reduces that by half. Looks like you need better armor =D

I then placed spaced armor around the actuators and joints so they are not just flapping in the breeze. In other various places I placed more spaced armor to knock off LRMs..

For the record the IS can defend any IS world attacked by the Clans also. If you want to talk about not making sense. The Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth is offering assault contracts against its own planets.
