a) it should be visible when a pilot is in the queue
the rule to start the count down shouls also be clear e.g. when 12 players are in the queue the counter start to count down - I have seen many matches where due to unclear indications players went out again.

So i dont think the matchmaker uses the time on making an enemy group.
There is absolutely no reason not to start if 12man are full.

Seems like someone needs to read up on how the CW matchmaker works: http://mwomercs.com/...e-how-it-works/
Hint: the matchmaker limits the frequency at which a team can drop into a match with no enemies. This is to prevent a faction from zerging a planet and capturing it due to excessive amounts of auto-wins. This limit is why sometimes you get into a match with no enemies and sometimes you wait 10-15 minutes (perhaps more) for the game to put together an opposing team.

doing a few attemps now. and like on mentiond here im just backing off and finding another plant. in the hopes to get some action
cus this is just fuzzy as hell all i do is wait. for nothing!
just shoot em already then! i got it at 12 hour today. and its 16.38 and still not gameplay from it!

if you queue up and there is already 10 matchs in play you have 5 chances to be pulled into a zone the less attackers deffenders the more zones available but at same time the longer you will wait as not many people in line and needs a full 12
if there is 0/0 attackers and defenders and your not a full group of 12 you will wait a long long time
as said if there is 60+/60+ attackers and defenders than your wait time is also longer as it is finishing or locating a zone available to drop in since zones are limited and you have more than 15 zones worth of players queued you might wait to long
i see better action at 24-40 on attack and defense from the matchmaker
