Over the course of the years I have played this game I think my only major complaint is never hearing back or getting issues resolved by their ticket or email process. Issues with not getting MC from purchases to not having my skin after a patch is starting to really get irritating and annoying.

Does anyone have any actual means of talking to a dev or support about issues? or should I just end the tickets I've sent in over the years? One dealing with actual money, and the other dealing with the inability to exhange MC into GXP for training purposes (has been an issue for me for about 2 weeks now)

Have you checked your spam folder? I've gotten a response (and that's a real response, not just the automated one saying they received it) to every email I've sent to support@mwomercs.com over the years. Every single one.

Same experience here; first an automated response that it was received, then within a few days a human response on the issue.

You can check your ticket status on the website, but they have recently disabled that because of the reasons outlined in this post: http://mwomercs.com/...ticket-backlog/

However, once they re-enable the tickets section on the website then log in and click the "SUPPORT" tab at the top, and the TICKETS sub category when it becomes available again.

Just make sure to check your spam as mentioned before. They could also still be backlogged with tickets in the past couple months so do not be alarmed if you don't see a response for a few days (By the way, I just got a feedback form for a ticket I submitted months ago).

As it also have been mentioned, I too have received responses on every ticket.

Thanks guys, I'll take a look into my Gmail spam filter and see if anything was more recently added
