This thread made me laugh so hard, it twists and turns like the train-wreck above and like that train-wreck it is both hilarious and depressing. Cementblade, I admire your "evolved" mode of communication and how you are able to maintain it in a city with the world's largest concentration of research institutions and the home of the Space Shuttle Program. Really, that has to be some kind of achievement.

23-4

Excerpt from Farewell to the Fire More

by Cementblade

when i said alot, more

i actually ment alot, more.

and no,

ammo like lets;

see infinite.

so hahahahah X;

D because i,

r successfult roll note.

all of my spelling is actually intended so;

yes i do know,

but i just don't feel like it

Unlike his earlier pieces, CementBlade has come a long way in "23-4", and is coming to terms with his nature - both as a poet and as a 'Mech pilot. He has undergone a dialectical process, concerning his relationship with the broader Internet culture, and it is clear that he is at the end of it - "r successfult roll note" is a clear expression of his coming to terms with being a minuscule speck of insect-blubber, on the windshield of the universe.

In contrast to his earlier works, however, "23-4" is a dull and emotionless affair, in the form of the adult's negotiation with his peers, instead of the teenagers roaring rebellion against his elders and superiors, that earlier characterized his work. "23-4" reeks of the narrow-mindedness of age, of being locked down into one perception of one's self. This smothering conservatism of both mind and ideology, expressed in lines such as "i actually ment alot, more.", strips his work of any possible importance. What he has made is a rote poem - a paint-by-numbers piece, and he has sold the remains of his artistic integrity to do so. I, for one, will not be following this once promising artist in the future.

I give it zero flowers out of me.

Mad lover, you will observe, that a rocky bottom
sings the Fates leaves signs and the names of commands.
all songs written in the leaves of a young woman
arranges in the number of leaves apart from the cave:
that remain unmoved in their places, nor from the order of yield.
but the same, foams, thin poles wind ***
pushed the door to fresh and tender leaves,
never been hollowed to catch fly with stone
site to join or not to revoke his songs cares;
Cementbladae hate inconsiderate seat away.
is that what you want to say?

The mad prophetic Cementblade you shall find,
Dark in a cave, and on a rock reclin'd.
He sings the fates, and, in his frantic fits,
The notes and names, inscribed, to leafs commits.
What he commits to leafs, in order laid,
Before the caverns entrance are dislplayed'd:
…many not succeding, most upbraid
The madness 0f the visionary blade,
and with loud curses leave the mystic shade.

well.... you tell me i don't know anything about a chapel well i do know i made one out of a fourteen timed ERPPC'd catapult that soon was strapped to my salvage track then it was turned into a chapel....
