I just logged into MWO, and looking at the CW map I can't see a single available game. Not one. What does this mean?

There is a daily "ceasefire" window while it waits for matchs to finish before tallying up the day's events and adjusting borders and planets.

Edit: The time to ceasefire is in the top left under your name.
