I think that it will be a problem when casuals want to solve problems against skilled competitive guys. Don't forget that we still live in the real world.

A central point would be nice. In Planetside 2, we had a common TS3 that the TR command used for cross coms. It lasted like 4-5 months before the game stagnated so bad that it killed the player base.

Would be happy to host that again.

Well, seems we have some possible TS3 hosters. I have a server in London as well, and would be glad to host something. I do suggest we have at least 2 servers running at all times, preferably one on each side of the lake.

I think this is a great thread and ultimately the direction we should all head as a faction. Eventual coordination with other clans being the ultimate goal.

Greetings, Trothkin!

As we have stated several times, we are here and ready to cooperate in order to make us ilClan. In my point of view there are a number of questions to be adressed, some of them being more long-term and maybe not relevant "just now".

1. Coordinate what the general strategy should be on a planetary level. Of course, the overall strategy is going "south" and head towards Terra, the gem amongst the stars, still in the hands of degenerated surats, spoiling the glory of the cradle of mankind with their greed and their primitive struggle for power with no respect for the glorious vision of Kerensky. Still, on a daily basis, we should concentrate our forces to specific planetary systems to conquer them fast and effectiv, just as it is the way of the wolf. For this, a locked forum for unit leaders is sufficient. I do not care where to locate this, but I can offer our own homepage. As we know from history, too many leaders will spoil this idea and I am not confident with having votes on questions of warfare in general. But after all, there is no single one individual possessing the power to just tell all wolves where to attack.

2. Make sure our pilots become used to each other and learn to fight together. Being on TS together is a big advantage and we have demonstrated that by a number of fights where we destroyed the enemy orbital cannon faster than I managed to get into the fight, because it took less than a minute (after the gate was destroyed, of course). Having several Teamspeak-Servers where we can meet up, get used to commands and tactics is a vital first step. Although I must say that the TS servers are already up... around the globe. I have offered this to some of you several times, while I did not keep my promise to show up at your end TS servers due to reallife troubles for month. This shall change!

3. Make clear how all units should integrate in a general Clan Wolf touman, despite the fact that we represent different Galaxys or Clusters. Maybe not the most important point, some might even say that this is an obsession of mine. I still would love the idea of having a touman somewhere where every one of the wolf pilots could find himself, his rank and his kodax (all right, I did this for our trinary and I know how much work it is). Still, I wanted to mention it (I can not help it).

4. A long term goal in my eyes is a way of synchronizing our trials and rituals in a way that we can simply accept ranks and Bloodnames of each other in order to make it easy to interact. I do not know how much weight everyone puts on the lore, but we surely depend on the traditions a lot and keep them as true as possible. They were given by the founder and we are the choosen ones to adapt them to the current time and keep them alive.
Following the idea of spark the flame every day instead of praying to ashes, we will adapt and learn, as wolves do, but never disconnect from our ways and traditions.

Finally, I do say it here that MW Coregn Mainstream and StarCommander Firestorm are officially authorized to represent us in this council, should it be established. They speak with the voice of our Keshik and shall be heard as such.

As a conclusion:
We support the idea, as we always did. And we also see the "real world problem". Therefore, we are aware that not all that would be nice is possible. Starting small with a proper coordination of our PGI-CW activities would be a great next step.
